YOU ARE SICK: Your household products are to blame!

Yes, I am exaggerating a bit to get your attention

Certainly your products are not 100% to blame for the diseases we suffer from, but every day science reaches new evidence to believe that we are getting sick from our lifestyle.

Bioaccumulation is that phenomenon that happens through our skin where everything we apply to it is absorbed, some particles end up in your bloodstream and your liver must do its job to detoxify and eliminate those particles.

What happens is that, for example, that compound in your dish soap that you use daily is absorbed by your hands, it is also in the lotion that you apply to your skin, in the powder of your makeup, in the washing soap that you use and it sticks in fabric, in the colorants of your cereals, your juices, your beauty products, and suddenly you find that EVERYTHING YOU USE has some compound that, together with our low water intake, level of sedentary lifestyle, alcohol consumption and bad diet, overloads our liver and begins bioaccumulation.

Thus, more and more we see how children are born allergic to milk, even maternal milk!

Autoimmune diseases such as asthma, diabetes, eczema are much more common and mental health problems such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic and finally cancer, many or almost all of us have a friend, family member or acquaintance who died of cancer? TRUE?

What can we do? Inform us and act.

The invitation is for you to choose every day to improve your habits and with them your household products for less toxic options. The EWG is a non-profit organization dedicated to researching and publishing what these components are.

I recommend Zac Efron’s Down to Earth Netflix series, it will open your mind!.  Recommendation: Start with one thing, don’t get overwhelmed, don’t try to change everything in one day, choose one.

Here’s an easy recipe for you to start cleaning with something non-toxic, good, nice and cheap!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of baking soda.
  • 15 drops of Lemon essential oil. (you can find it on my website).
  • Find a glass container (glass jar) and mix both. Soak the place you want to clean, sprinkle and scrub (let it act 2-5 minutes for disinfection)
  • Remove with clean water and ready.
